The Porchlight Real Estate Team is excited to offer a free one-year home warranty through America’s Preferred Home Warranty, valued up to $499, for our clients who buy or sell a home with us this winter. This limited-time promotion is our way of saying thank you for trusting us with your real estate journey. To ensure clarity and fairness, we’ve outlined all the terms and conditions below.
Eligibility Requirements
Promotion Period: This offer is valid for agreements signed between January 24, 2025, and February 29, 2025.
Qualifying Agreements: To qualify, you must sign a buyer or seller agreement with a licensed member of the Porchlight Real Estate Team during the promotional period.
Successful Closing: The home warranty will only be provided upon the successful closing of the property transaction.
Property Eligibility: The property must meet the eligibility requirements set forth by America’s Preferred Home Warranty.
How to Claim the Offer
To participate, clients must:
Sign an Agreement: Enter into a buyer or seller agreement with a Porchlight Real Estate Team member during the promotional period.
Complete Social Media Steps: While not mandatory for eligibility, we encourage you to engage with our social media post by liking, sharing, tagging two friends, and subscribing to @porchlight.team.
Notify Us at Signing: Inform your agent at the time of signing the agreement that you wish to claim the free home warranty.
What the Offer Covers
The Porchlight Real Estate Team will cover up to $499 of the cost of a one-year home warranty provided by America’s Preferred Home Warranty.
Any additional costs beyond $499 will be the responsibility of the client.
Exclusions and Limitations
No Cash Value: This offer cannot be redeemed for cash or used as a credit toward other services.
Non-Transferable: The offer is valid only for the client(s) named on the agreement and cannot be transferred to another party.
Void Where Prohibited: This promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
Modification or Cancellation: The Porchlight Real Estate Team reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.
Warranty Provider Terms: The home warranty is subject to the terms and conditions set forth by America’s Preferred Home Warranty. Clients are encouraged to review these terms to understand coverage, exclusions, and limitations.
